Shipping Policy
- Shipping and Delivery of a Book/Product is subject to the availability of the item. In case an Item/Product/Book is not available or is out of stock, then we will contact you and inform you about it and expected date of arrival. then you can decide to either cancel the Order or Wait for its arrival.
- We can deliver to practically any address in Pakistan.
- Customer will be responsible for paying the delivery charges.
- We usually Deliver through TRAX courier service. But we can also deliver through Leopards Courier Service and Pakistan Post. So, if you want us to deliver using Leopards or Pakistan Post then leave a note in Checkout form or Contact us on our Phone number or Email address given in Contact Us Page.
- Full Payment need to be paid in Advance in case you request us to deliver through Pakistan Post. We DO NOT provide Cash on Delivery Service using Pakistan Post.
- In case the customer chooses TRAX or Leopards Couriers; then the Delivery may take 1-3 days in Major cities and may take 2-5 days for small cities and far-flung areas of Pakistan depending upon distance of destination city from Lahore.
- Shipping/Delivery with Pakistan Post may take 1-10 days depending up on destination,
- Please keep in mind that shipment times may vary in the event of unforeseen holidays, bad weather, dispatch delays due to work disruptions, or delays by the courier company.
Return and Exchange Policy
- Upmed Online Medical Book Shop practices on NO RETURN, NO REFUND and NO EXCHANGE POLICY.
- Return, Refund or Exchange of books is only possible if the incorrect books were delivered.
- Any request for Return, Refund or Exchange will only be entertained if the Consignee reports our mistake within 24 Hours after the delivery and Book is Not Used by the customer.
- No Return, Refund or Exchange will be entertained if the Book/s is Found to USED by the Customer or he/she reports after 24 hours of the delivery.
- In case you paid via Credit/Debit card and you are found to be eligible for Refund, we will initiate the process for the Refund after 48 Hours as soon as we confirm that the product is being returned to us. But it may take at least 3-10 working days for the funds to be reflected in your account as per standard procedure by the Payment Gateway company.
- In case you paid via Direct Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery , we will initiate the process for the Refund after 48 Hours as soon as we confirm that the product is being returned to us. But it may take at least 3-5 working days.
